I am a Medicine Woman

I am here to midwife in the New Earth.

As a heart-based practitioner-facilitator, I am devoted to serving & healing through the wisdom of the body. My work supports the release of emotional and energetic holding patterns so that physical healing, renewed vitality, and deep transformation can unfold. Clients often experience not just relief, but lasting shifts that create movement and spaciousness where physical and emotional stagnation once lived.

My path began at 18 years old with massage therapy and has expanded over decades of continued study and embodied practice. My training includes Reiki (Magdalene & Usui lineages), Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, Massage Cupping, Positional Therapy, Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Massage, Prenatal, Labor & Delivery, and Postpartum Massage, along with specialized work supporting the female nervous system.

I completed 350 hours of Yoga Teacher Training through Satchidananda Ashram in Yogaville and returned annually for seven years to assist with programs and immerse in ashram living, deepening my understanding of devotion, breath, embodiment as the Way to life.

Motherhood called me more deeply into birth work. I became a Birth Doula with DONA International and have been attending births since 2015. During my second pregnancy, I trained as a HypnoBirthing Instructor, learning tools that support families in working with the natural physiology of birth through breath, relaxation, and the power of the mind.

My work with women expanded to include the sacred thresholds of life and death. In 2020, I walked beside my mother through her dying process, and in 2022, I did the same with my mother-in-law. With both mothers I held family ceremony — ritual bathing, anointing their bodies with sacred oils, and adorning them with flowers across three generations. These experiences deepened my role as a keeper of sacred transitions.

In 2022, my husband and I founded New Earth School, a nature-based learning community on our land created to offer children an alternative, holistic education rooted in self-mastery, connection to the earth, and academic excellence.

Most recently, I created my own childbirth education program, Birth in Power: A Remembrance. Reclaiming Physiologic Birth & Postpartum, integrating modern knowledge with ancient wisdom.

The last handful of years I've been leading women's ceremonies.  We gather in sisterhood to rewild the feminine mysteries, through womb and yoni work, embodied practices, breath, sound, and song to activate the Remembrance of the Divine Feminine within us.

All of this is what I do.

Who I am is a woman in devotion to the sacred thresholds of Life ~ from womb to tomb.  

I have come to know that this is the holy work of Re-matriarching the Feminine — restoring the wisdom of the Mother in our families, our communities, and our world.
