The Mentorship Container
This mentorship unfolds over three private 60-minute zoom sessions, intentionally spaced approximately two weeks apart.
Healing is not something we rush. The body has its own rhythm, and the womb is a sentient force that speaks in cycles rather than timelines. The space between our sessions is just as important as the time we spend together, allowing your body, heart, and nervous system to integrate what has been awakened.
Session One • Listening to the Womb
Our journey begins by creating a safe and sacred foundation.
Together we explore your intention for this work and begin listening to the wisdom held within your body. We gently bring awareness to the stories, emotional patterns, and lineage imprints that are asking to be seen. This session opens the doorway into deeper relationship with your womb and establishes practices to support your journey between sessions.
Session Two • Unraveling the Threads
As your awareness deepens, we begin following the threads that emerge.
Together we explore how inherited patterns may be shaping your relationships, the way you mother, the way you love, the way you serve, and the way you move through the world. Through embodied inquiry and womb-centered practices, we create space for what has been held to soften, release, and transform.
Session Three • Embodying Your Essence
Our final session is one of integration and remembrance.
We gather the insights from your journey and anchor them into your daily life. As old patterns begin to loosen, space is created for a deeper connection to your intuition, your creative life force, and your unique way of being in service to life. Together we honor what has shifted and cultivate practices that will continue to nourish your relationship with your womb long after our time together has come to a close.
This is not intended to be a quick fix, but the beginning of a lifelong relationship with the wisdom of your own body. Each session builds upon the last, creating a gentle yet profound unfolding that honors the cyclical nature of our feminine healing.
