I specialize in hands on healing.  Through Bodywork & Energywork, we can work together to alchemize pain, by releasing deep rooted emotions & trauma, and restoring the body to function with more spaciousness and ease.

As a Traditional Birth Attendant, I am here to teach You and remind You of your body's innate design. Through birth education, ancient wisdom, indigenous practices, holistic postpartum care and hands on healing practices, I deeply support and serve mothers through their pregnancy, birth and postpartum continuum.

I would be honored to walk with You and hold space for You, as your body remembers what it is designed to do.
