This model of childbirth preparation incorporates evidence-based information, meditations, daily relaxations, breathwork, ceremony, storytelling & art. This methodology goes beyond just pregnancy & birth preparation, as it includes physiologic postpartum care for Mother's wellness. When a mother thrives, the overall health & wellness of the family thrives.
Birth & postpartum are a transformational opening of a woman's entire being. It is a spiritual experience of tremendous importance and impact to both Mother, baby & family. This work recognizes and honors the uniqueness & strength of each woman, birth & baby. It aims to ignite remembrance in the mother, and remind her that she has the power all along. In these modern times when birth is over-medicalized, this work is a return to our inner wisdom and natural instincts.

I will be there to make recommendations to keep you and your baby safe. Birth is an experience that you go through, not something that is done to you.
Your partner plays a very important role, I am there to support them, to help them feel included with tasks and to provide them with information on how labor and birth are going. I offer full support in any special circumstances.
I offer you a safe space to be yourself, to labor however you feel you need to, to provide you with respect and to preserve your integrity as a sovereign woman. I am a wise woman, who's in tune with the subtle energetics of the birth space, I am skilled at assisting You in birthing in an optimal way.
Birth Doula services can be at hospital births or home births.
The Birth Doula Package includes: A prenatal visit to go over your birth plan and postpartum plan.
Staying with you throughout the duration of your labor & birth process. After the birth process is complete, I will support you and Baby for the initial latch and help establish your breastfeeding journey. I'll then tuck you, your Baby & Partner in to rest, making sure you are fed and nourished, and relishing in your Bliss together!
I will return for a postpartum visit within the first few days to check in for further support, i.e. lactation support, hands-on womb massage, pelvic floor support, emotional support, etc.

I am a Traditional Postpartum Care Provider, which means I tend to the Mother, and through tending to the Mother, the MotherBaby is nourished. The sacred postpartum window is the first 42 days after baby is born.
Ayurveda says that how a woman is cared for during the immediate postpartum time impacts her health for the next 42 years!
Traditional Chinese Medicine refers to postpartum as one of the 3 golden opportunities. A "golden opportunity" is a once in a lifetime choice where you can either optimize health and longevity, or risk it. How prepared you are for this time determines this fate.
Our ancient ancestors knew that the immediate postpartum was a liminal window of time where the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical bodies of a woman are incredibly open & vulnerable. These ancient cultures knew exactly what to do (and what not to do) to optimize health and well-being for a new mother.

I am a Traditional birth attendant, guiding women in pregnancy, birth & postpartum. I support women who are in the process of reclaiming their body's sovereignty, who wish to birth free, outside the system and unregulated by licensed providers. Women who wish to birth in their own power.

Re-wilding: the Feminine Mysteries through Monthly Women's Circles, Mother Blessings, Menarche Ceremonies
Ceremonies are a way to ritualize rites of passage for women. We gather in Circle, which is an ancient tradition for women, and I guide us through a nourishing few hours of blessings, sister-to-sister guidance, healing affirmations, meditations, song and sound healing. We end our time together with a shared meal.
Mother Blessing Ceremonies are a beautiful way to honor our loved ones who are making the passage from Maiden to Mother, whether it is her first child, or tenth child. We gather to acknowledge all of her hard work in growing, birthing, and raising her baby. As her sisters, we sing songs, read poems, infuse her with strength & insight as she begins her journey toward her birth process.
Menarche Ceremonies are a ritual to honor, witness & celebrate our young maidens blossoming with the initiation of their menstruation and passage into young womanhood. The moon is a feminine symbol, it's waxing and waning has been associated with a woman's body as it changes.
