An Online Workshop for Women
About This Workshop
Join us for an intimate and transformative 3-hour online workshop designed for women who wish to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies. This immersive experience combines pelvic mapping, sexual education, female anatomy, and historical exploration to help you reclaim agency over your anatomy, understand your body’s sacred language, and foster a deeper sense of healing and empowerment.
Together, we will explore how cultural and medical systems have shaped our understanding of the female body — and how we can reclaim that knowledge with compassion, clarity, and embodied awareness.
What You’ll Experience
Pelvic Mapping
Learn gentle, guided techniques to connect with your pelvic bowl — mapping sensations, emotions, and boundaries. Explore the ways your body communicates through subtle awareness and breath.
Anatomical Education
Gain a clear and holistic understanding of the female anatomy — not just biologically, but energetically. Discover the structures often overlooked or misrepresented by traditional education and how they relate to pleasure, health, and vitality.
Uncovering History & Language
Understand how the medical-industrial complex has historically influenced how women’s bodies and anatomy have been named, misunderstood, or pathologized. Learn empowering new language for your anatomy — reclaim “yoni” as a source of strength and wisdom.
Unlocking Pelvic Wisdom
Through guided somatic explorations, you’ll learn to identify and release mental and physical trigger points within your yoni, unlocking deeper layers of relaxation, intimacy, and creativity.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
Develop awareness of pelvic anatomy and its energetic connections
Understand the historical context behind female anatomy terminology
Learn techniques for grounding and pelvic self-mapping
Recognize areas of stored tension and emotional holding in the pelvis
Cultivate language and self-knowledge rooted in empowerment rather than shame
Integrate mindful body practices for ongoing self-healing and connection
